Mahmudul Hasan Sohag is one of the pioneering figures in Bangladesh’s innovation-driven entrepreneurship. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of Rokomari.com and the Chairman of Onnorokom Group, leading technology-based business ventures across the country.

Academically, he excelled early on, securing 5th place in the combined merit list in SSC and 4th place in HSC under the Dhaka Board, before earning his bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).

From the beginning of his career, Sohag has been dedicated to creating positive social impact by turning innovative ideas into reality. Alongside Rokomari.com, he has founded and developed multiple successful ventures, including Onnorokom Software Ltd., Techshop Bangladesh, Onnorokom Electronics, Onnorokom Pathshala, Udvash, Unmesh, Utkarsho, and Uttoron.

As an Academic Counselor of the Bangladesh Mathematical Olympiad, he has played a vital role in inspiring young minds to embrace mathematics and scientific thinking. In recognition of his contributions to building an entrepreneur-friendly ecosystem, he has received numerous national and international awards and honors.

Currently, his greater vision is to empower Bangladesh’s young generation to become self-reliant, innovative, and socially responsible entrepreneurs. To achieve this, he established Onnorokom Uddyokta, an incubation and acceleration program that prioritizes ethics, innovation, and sustainable business models while providing multifaceted support.
